Katie Nissen is a REALTOR® and Property Manager with three years of experience serving clients throughout the Iowa Great Lakes area. She is known for her organized approach, clear communication, and steady guidance throughout every step of the real estate process.

In addition to her work in real estate, Katie serves as a high school Business Teacher at Okoboji, where she provides leadership, guidance, and a passion for business to her students. Her background in education brings a thoughtful, detail focused mindset to her real estate work, along with a natural ability to explain the process in a way that feels approachable and easy to understand.

As a local resident, Katie has a strong connection to the Iowa Great Lakes community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and taking advantage of the many activities the area has to offer year round.
